You can leave your house key or reserve key with us, if You wish it, we collect your post office or dispatch it to your place.

Bills are settled and kept by us, in accordance with your order, immediately and reliably. Regular safety round courses around your real estate and that locally empolyment in case of an emergency let You sleep more calmly.

The time-consuming cleaning of your domizil – from inside to outside, in particular the garden – belongs to the past, but not only this, also the first purchase is settled by us, so that You can begin with arrival in your domicile with your vacation directly. Also during the time, in particular if You rented your domicile, we worry about the laundry (changes, wash, iron) and the appropriate cleaning with the change of the guests.

We do meeting and greeting for your guests in your name at the airport and transfer them and naturally also You personally to the domizil. During the stay of your guests we are their contact person, they are connected with us by hotline that are on duty around the clock. The registration and notice of departure with the competent authorities are likewise settled by us for You.

On request we prearrange and organize special trips and excursions (e.g. to the neighboring country Bosnia and Herzegowina or Montenegro and/or in the nearby hinterland or on one of the islands) inclusive personal driver or city guide.

Independently of short or long-term letting and the associated lease – we are here to assist You with the contract and to find the right tenant for your real estate.

Repair work, outside and interior renovations, inclusive installation and development of swimming pools, tennis, basketball or children´s playgrounds, can be settled by us or supervised only. When desired we connect You with the appropriate specialists and help  You with the contract.

The supply and the installation of various furnitures, curtains, decorations, kitchen, living-room, bed-room, children´s room, that You personally selected and acquired before – on request we will supervise.

We offer services as full time or short time agreements.
